Our 30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the request must be made within that window and an item must meet the condition rules below. All refunds are issued in USD (USD) to the original payment method.
Unopened vs. opened items
- Unopened, in original packaging: fully returnable for a refund of the product price.
- Opened but unused: returnable in resalable condition with all parts, packaging and printed materials included.
- Used equipment: for hygiene and safety reasons, used equipment can only be returned if it arrived defective or was damaged in transit (see "Defective or damaged" below).
Who pays return shipping
- Our error / defective / damaged item: we cover return shipping both ways and replace or refund the item in full.
- Change of mind / no longer needed: the customer is responsible for return shipping. The original outbound shipping charge (if any) is non-refundable.
Oversized & heavy equipment
For oversized or heavy items (benches, racks, dumbbell and kettlebell sets), return shipping for change-of-mind returns is charged at the carrier's actual weight-based rate. This amount is either prepaid by the customer or deducted from the refund. We'll confirm the estimated return cost before you ship anything back.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? If your order has not yet shipped, contact us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the standard return process above.
How to start a return (RMA)
- Email support@getfiit.shop with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We'll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return address. Please do not ship items back without an RMA.
- Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided, including the RMA number.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Defective or damaged
If an item arrives defective or damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.
Non-returnable items
- Used equipment that is not defective (hygiene & safety).
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items missing parts, packaging or returned in non-resalable condition (change-of-mind returns).
