Rates & free shipping
All prices on this site are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size and weight of your order.
- Free standard US shipping on orders over USD 100 (standard-size items).
- Orders under USD 100 ship at a flat standard rate shown at checkout.
- Oversized / heavy equipment (e.g. benches, racks, dumbbell and kettlebell sets) is charged a weight-based shipping rate calculated at checkout, even on orders over the free-shipping threshold.
Processing & delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery once shipped:
- United States: 3–7 business days (standard ground).
- Canada: 5–12 business days.
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at support@getfiit.shop.
International orders, duties & taxes
We ship worldwide. For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery.
Restricted regions
We do not ship to countries, regions, entities or individuals subject to applicable trade sanctions or export restrictions (including, without limitation, those administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control). Orders to restricted destinations will be cancelled and refunded.
Wrong address & failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it has shipped. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery may incur a re-shipping fee.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email support@getfiit.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
